a few drawbacks, but mostly positive

The lagoon restaurant features good service and good food. Lagoon rooms were very clean upon arrival. The facilities for kids was good, ensuring entertainment for the little ones. this stay had many positive points.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning only operated normally in one mode. In the other two modes, the air conditioning emitted a loud hum. Staff didn't fix it. i wasn't happy about this.
